Obituary for Jeffrey Dean Smith Jeffrey Dean Smith, 63 of Clinton passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah. He was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church and a retired electrician with IBEW Local #816. He is survived by his wife, Annette F. Smith of Clinton, son, Scott Smith of Clinton, 2 daughters, Megan (Shane) Draper of Cunningham and Sarah (Daniel) Lemons of Ward, Arkansas, 4 grandchildren, Brendan and Drew Draper of Cunningham and Sadie and Sydney Lemons of Ward, Arkansas.

His was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney B. and Edwinta Halteman Smith and 1 sister, Paulette Ring. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, April 16, 2018 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Rev. Kevin Keeling and Rev.

Michael Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 AM on Monday, April 16, 2018 at the funeral home in Clinton.
