Jeffrey Lee Harper Humboldt, Tennessee Mr. Jeff Harper, age 59, departed this life on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at his home in Humboldt, Tennessee. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 27, 1959 to the late Allen Harper and Elsie Hatfield Harper. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife, Fay Harper; two sons, T.J. and his wife Blair of Rockton, Illinois and Jacob Harper and his wife Lauren of Humboldt, Tennessee; one daughter, Caitlin James and her husband Coty of Medina, Tennessee; three sisters; one brother; and eight grandchildren, Austin, Jordan, Devin, Aidan, Cameron, Jayda, Mason and Lincoln. There are no services at this time.
