Jeffrey Lynn Smith was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Willie Green Smith, Sr. and Savanna Ellis Thomas on October 11, 1954. He was known to many as “Lynn” or “Pops”. He recently retired and volunteered most of is time helping family and friends with any and everything.

His heart was kind and everyone that knew him, knew this about him. Family was of very high importance to him. His kids were everything to him He loved fishing and was a huge Cleveland Browns Football fan.

Jeffrey leaves to cherish his lasting memory to his wife; Christina Smith, his children; Kamilah and Kamryn, Shawn Lattimore, Antina Thomas, and Angie Davis, his siblings; Willie Green Smith, Jr., Leroy Smith, Kenneth Smith, Leander Smith (deceased), Eric Smith, Mark Smith, Ronald Smith, Eddie Mae Striverson (deceased), and Lashonda Thomas.
