Obituary for Jeffrey Michael Collins Jeffrey Michael Collins, age 50, of Dayton died July 21, 2018 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. He was born November 19, 1967 in Toledo, OH to the late Robert Erroll Collins. Jeffrey lived in Dayton since 2012.

He was an auto mechanic for 30 years at Blue Boy Automotive. He is survived by his wife Bridgett (Snider) Collins; his children Makayla Snider, Peyton Collins and Juanita Collins; his mother Sallie Juanita (Slawson) Collins; his sister Bonnie Winkler; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Jeffrey will be held by the family at a later time.
