Obituary for Jelicia Nicole Baker JELICIA NICOLE BAKER December 18, 1986 – October 27, 2018 Jelicia Nicole “Gi Gi” Baker, 31, passed away Saturday, October 27 at Kai-ser Hospital in Vallejo surrounded by her family following a long and coua-gious battle with various health issues. Jelicia was born to Johnny Baker and Lisa Fowler on December 18, 1986 in Vallejo. She was always interested in crafting, sewing, party planning, cook-ing, singing and was a member of numerous book clubs.

She was a home-maker. Survivors include her parents; her companion of 15 years, Michael Ware; daughters, Malei and Leilani Ware; sisters, Shayla, Lizette, Equaja, and Elayan; and her brothers, Jeman, Joell, and Jaythan. Funeral Services will begin at 11 AM Tuesday, November 6 at Lighthouse Covenant Fellowship Church, 1175 Church St., Benicia.
