Jerald Jerrad Hayes (a.k.a. “Jay-Jay”), age 45, born August 28, 1973 in Elmira, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 5, 2018. A graduate of West High School and the Ohio State School of Cosmetology, Jerald was a barber, certified welder and member of Sheet Metal Union Local #24. Preceded in death by brother Joseph Givens, stepfather Isaac Brown, grandmothers, Mary Jane Bentley and Mattie Givens, grandfather Arthur Givens, aunt Debra Early-Givens, and godsister Kena Adams.
