OBITUARY Jeremy Joseph Gadoury July 10, 1984 – November 5, 2018 Jeremy Joseph Gadoury, 34, of Exeter, NH passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 5, 2018. Born in Warwick, RI on July 10, 1984 to Gary Geromino Gadoury and Theresa (Studley) Gadoury. Jeremy graduated from Pittsfield High School in June 2002.

He loved sports and played baseball and soccer all throughout high school. Jeremy went to The University of New Orleans and studied psychology for two years. He didn’t like being so far from home and came back to NH two years later.

Jeremy got a job at UNO Pizzeria and Grill and fell in love working in the kitchen. Throughout the past 14 years he progressed in his career from a cook to a chef who was recognized for his talent in the kitchen. He loved working side by side with different head chefs and loved observing their unique styles of cooking.

He aspired to have his own restaurant and felt working under head chefs would give him a well-rounded background. Over the years, he became a sought after chef on the seacoast and developed an excellent reputation for his culinary skills in the kitchen. Jeremy was known for his choice of style, especially his signature Hawaiian shirts with plaid shorts ensemble.

In high school and around town people recognized him as the kid who wore Hawaiian shirts all the time. He had a collection of 23 at one time. Ironically, his lack of desire to care about what is considered proper fashion led to him making his own unique fashion statement that people loved.

Jeremy loved his children dearly and was known for being a guy who lived for his kids. He once made his daughter a princess Halloween costume by borrowing his sister’s sewing machine. He only took advice on what to do from his sister and mother, he didn’t allow them to sew any of it.

His daughter loved it! He was a single parent for many years and did his best to be both a mother and father to his children. He was predeceased by his wife, Leila (Baker) Gadoury.

Besides his parents he leaves one sister, Julianne Gadoury of Concord, NH; one brother, Irving Gadoury of Brooklyn, NY; four children, Isabelle Gadoury, 10, Julius Gadoury, 8, River Gadoury, 3 and Boston Gadoury, 1.
