Obituary Jeremy L. Phillips, 36, of Brazil, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Brazil on February 8, 1983, the son of James and Joyce (Grigsby) Phillips. Jeremy graduated from Northview High School in 2001, he studied building trades, played basketball and football.

He also coached his kids’ teams at the Clay County YMCA. Jeremy was a devoted father. He was a welder for TOA USA in Mooresville, IN.
