Jerry Craig Heins passed away on April 23, 2018. Beloved husband of Vicki Heins; loving father of Jessica Crouse (Heins) and Christopher Heins; dear grandfather of Brayden and Mason Crouse and devoted brother of Donna Moran. Jerry was a Master Mason at the Howard Lodge 101.

He also owned his own business for 34 years as a Electrical Contractor. He adored his two grandsons and loved spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by all.

Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road (Pasadena) on Thursday April 26, 2018 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Interment Private.
