Jessie’s Obituary Jessie Faye (Lewis) DeShazo was born on August 6, 1955, in Keota, Oklahoma, to Burl Jahue and Delilah Lavaughn (Christenberry) Lewis. She passed away in Fort Smith, Arkansas on April 18, 2019 at the age of 63. She is survived by: Her husband, Tillis DeShazo of the home Granddaughters: Sarah Smith of Keota, OK Audrey DeShazo of Keota, OK Daughter-in-Law: Honey DeShazo of Keota, OK Three brothers: Tommie Lewis, and wife, Betty, of Sallisaw, OK Jimmie Lewis, and wife, Trish, of Spiro, OK Teddie Lewis, and wife, Ida, of Alma, AR Numerous nephews and nieces Jessie was preceded in death by one son, Douglas DeWayne DeShazo; one brother, Burley L. Lewis; and her parents, Burl and Delilah Lewis.

Jessie adored her grandbabies beyond all imagination. She loved being outdoors and spending time on the farm. Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Star Baptist Church in Keota, Oklahoma, with Rev.

Tommy Wylie, Rick McClaskey and Bro. Tommie Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Cowlington Cemetery in Cowlington, Oklahoma under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler.

Viewing will be at Mallory Chapel in Keota, Oklahoma from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday, April 20, 2019, from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday and Tuesday, April 22 and 23, 2019, with Family Visitation from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, April 23, 2019.
