He was born to Jessie Lee, Sr., and Jeanne Ann Wing Carroll on September 21, 1966 in Fort Worth, Texas. He enjoyed sports, fishing, video games, playing pool, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Patrick and Deborah Wing of Horatio, Arkansas, two sisters and a brother-in-law, Nicky and Danny Booth of Hamilton, Texas, and Linda Fuller of Red Oak, Texas, and a number of nieces, nephews, other family members as well as a host of friends. Funeral Services for Mr. Jessie Carroll will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, January 14, 2019 in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.

E. A. Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the Bellville Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 13th from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
