Jettie Fern Vivian ( Mullins) (Isom) Stanley age 94, beloved Mother, Grandmother (Granny), Great-Grandmother, Great- Great Grandmother, sister, and aunt passed to her heavenly home on May 12, 2019. She was born on May 11, 1925, in Jenkins KY, to John A. and America E. (Crabtree) Mullins. For most of her life, she resided in Clintwood, VA, at her beloved Foxtown home.

In her later years, she made her home with her daughter Nyoka in Kingsport, TN. Jettie was preceded in death by her parents John A. and America Mullins; husband William “Emerson” Stanley and her former husband and father of her children Cleve Dean Isom; sons Mitchell Dean Isom, Daniel A. Isom, son-in-law James E. Tate; brothers Wesley, Otto, Johnnie Franklin, and Demp Mullins; sisters Carnegie Mullins, Irene Stanley and Viva Peak. Survivors Include: Daughter: Nyoka Tate of Kingsport, TN Four Grandchildren: Patrick (Leslie) Tate of Bryant, AR, Shaylinda Tate (Reggie Ramey) of Kingsport, TN, Michael (Denise) Isom of Clintwood, VA, and Clouyad D. Isom of Indiana.

Eight Great- Grandchildren: Holly (Landon Mathes), Ashley and Reggie, Jr. (Bubby) Ramey of Kingsport TN, Jameson and Charlotte (Charly) Tate of Arkansas, and Anthony, Jonathan, and Lauren Isom of Clintwood Great-Great-Grandchild: Amyia C. Mathes of Kingsport, TN Sister: Von Murphy of MS Also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wed. , May 15, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with services to follow at 7:00 P.M. with Clergyman Tarncy Mullins officiating.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 16, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with Clergyman Tarncy Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Mullins-Peak Cemetery, Foxtown Section, Clintwood, Virginia. Pallbearers (Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren): Patrick and Jameson Tate, Michael and Anthony Isom, Reggie and Reggie, Jr. (Bubby) Ramey, and Clouyad Isom.

Honorary Pallbearers: Great-Grandson Jonathan Isom and her beloved nephews and nephews-in-law. The family would like to express their thanks to all the doctors, nurses, and caregivers who helped make Jettie’s last days comfortable. Mullins Funeral Home and Staff are serving the Stanley Family.
