OBITUARY JEZLENE RUALIZO March 19, 2003 – November 24, 2018 Jezlene Rualizo 15 years old of Puhi, Kauai passed away on November 24, 2018 at Kapiolani Children’s Hospital born on March 19, 2003 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital. Jezlene was a student at Kauai High School. Survived by her parents Jessie & Lina Rualizo of Lihue, grandma; Estrella Macadangdang of Koloa, grandparents; Vicente & Estrellita Rualizo of Lihue, numerous uncles, aunts, cousins & many friends.

Friends may visit with the family on Saturday December 22, 2018 at St. Raphael’s Church in Koloa from 8:00 am to 9:45 am. Where mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens in Lihue.

Casual attire.
