A Celebration of Life Service for Jim Doug Simpkins Sr., age 65 of Wellington, KY formerly of Clarksville, will be Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends before the service starting at 11:00 AM. Jim passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 at his residence.

He was born on May 10, 1953 to William and Bertha Adkins Simpkins. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Dianna. He is survived by his sons; Jimmy (Marlena), Jason (Niki), and Allen (Amy) Simpkins, brother Riley Simpkins, sisters; Minnie Hicks, Liz Simpkins, and Rose Parsons, 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
