Jim Steenbergen, 76, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green. The Louisville, KY native was a former employee of Wal-Mart, a former Scout master for Boy Scout Troop 149 and member of Scottsville Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Jimmy D. Steenbergen and Vera Evelyn Harmon Law.

He is survived by his wife: Faye Williams Steenbergen, Scottsville, KY; 1 daughter: Kim Dedman and husband, Duane, Clarksville, TN; 2 granddaughters: Elizabeth Dedman, Scottsville, KY and Emily Dedman, Shelbyville, TN; He was preceded in death by 1 son: Shaun Steenbergen. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 24, 2018 at Goad Funeral Home with burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Sunday and after 8:00 A.M. Monday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
