Johnson, Joan A. On July 3, 2018 Joan Amelia Johnson (nee Quasny) passed away at age 85. A devout Lutheran, Mrs. Johnson was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Curtis Bay. She was also a member of the South Baltimore 55 and Over Club.

Some of her favorite things were embroidering, family vacations on Ocean City, and bus trips with Ed, her loving husband of 60 years. She was always ready for Monday Lobster Night! Mrs. Johnson was the beloved wife of the late Edward A. Johnson; devoted mother of Deborah Painter and her husband Charles and Pamela McCormick; loving grandmother of Richard, Matthew, Michael, Cathy and Melissa; dear sister of George Quasny.

She was also blessed with 7 great grandchildren. Visit Gonce Funeral Service P.A., 4001 Ritchie Highway, Sunday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm. Service on Monday, 11am.

Interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
