OBITUARY Joan Charlene Moyers August 24, 1929 – October 31, 2018 Sikeston – Joan Charlene Moyers, age 89, passed away on October 31, 2018, at Delta South Skilled Nursing Center in Sikeston, MO. She was born August 24, 1929, in Fredericktown, MO. to the late Ivan and Aline Rouse Graham.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Sikeston, MO. where she taught fourth grade Sunday school for fifteen years. She was employed at Bank of Sikeston as a cashier for over thirty years and First State Bank & Trust for seven years before retiring in 2003.

On November 26, 1949 in Fredericktown, MO. she married Melvin Moyers, who preceded her in death on July 9, 2011. Survivors include: two sons and two daughters-in-law, David and Beth Moyers of St. Joseph, MO.

and Michael and Mari Ann Moyers of Sikeston, MO. ; one daughter and son-in-law, Jana and Richard Quaife of Fayetteville, TN. ; twelve grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until time of memorial service at 12:00 p.m. in the Journey Worship Center at First United Methodist Church in Sikeston, MO. , Rev, Mike Wondel and Rev. Jennifer Moxley, officiating.
