Joan’s Obituary Joan H. Roming, 88, of Lansdale, died Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Einstein Medical Center – Montgomery, Norristown. She was the wife of the late Joseph G. Roming and the late Col. Edward B. Vogel.

Born December 9, 1930 in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Willian and Mae (McKinnon) Hanlon Surviving are her children, Edward Vogel (Laura) of Malvern, Patricia Raupp (Ivan) of Bloomsbury, NJ, John Vogel (Patricia) of Horsham, James Vogel (Tami) of Keystone, CO, William Vogel (Cindy) of Wanamassa, NJ, Polly Berkowitz (Arnold) of Lansdale; stepdaughters, Kathleen LaMar (James) of Coatesville, and Christina Roming of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Stacey, George, Madison, Brandon, Marshall, Hannah, James, Phil, Jack, Mitchell, Alex, Billy, Bobby, Brittany, Eddie, Nolan, Ethan, and Elaina; nine great grandchildren; sister, Jeanne Smith; brothers, Robert Hanlon (Kathleen), and Michael Hanlon (Debbie). She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Vogel; a stepson, Robert S. Roming; a sister, Dorothy Pare; and brothers, Jack Hanlon and William F. Hanlon Jr. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, May 15th at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 900 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale. Friends and family are invited to call from 10:00-11:00 AM at the church.

Interment at St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 900 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale, PA 19446. Arrangements by Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
