Joan Lee Blanchard passed away at her home on January 24, 2019 at the age of 81. Visitation will be Monday afternoon at Lakeside United Methodist Church in Winkler from 2:30 – 4:30pm. Graveside services will be held in Dewey, Oklahoma on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 1:00pm with Bro.

Mark Wright officiating. Joan was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 15, 1937 to Jack Loveless and Lillie Lancaster Loveless. She is survived by her husband Gene Blanchard of Streetman, Texas.

Children; Lynn Underhill of Dewey, Oklahoma, Gary Underhill of Madill, Oklahoma, Larry and Patty Underhill of Copan, Oklahoma, Kevin and Teresa Underhill of Copan, Oklahoma and Linda and Ronnie Parmer of Grand Prairie, Texas.
