Taylor, 86 of Millville, died on Saturday, January 12th, after an extended illness at the Lincoln Specialty Center of Vineland. Born in Millville, she was a lifelong resident of Millville. Joan retired after close to fifty years in the banking industry, as a bank manager for Farmers and Merchants Bank, and she had formerly worked for Millville National Bank and United Jersey Bank.

Joan was a member of the Millville Women’s Club, Shekinah Chapter #82 Order of the Eastern Star, and she had also served as the secretary for the Millville Kiwanis Club for over 6years. Joan is survived by: husband, Floyd G. Taylor; daughters, Cynthia L. Taylor, and Mary Ellen Dutch; son, F. Douglas Taylor; and 3 grandchildren. Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
