Fitchburg Joan Sharos, 88 September 30, 1929 June 23, 2018 Joan Sharos, 88, life long resident of Fitchburg passed away pracefully Saturday June 23 at Keystone Center. Born in Fitchburg, daughter of Louis and Roubine (Kofopoulos) Sharos. She graduated from Fitchburg High school and was employed as a receptionist for the former Renaud International and later for the Former Fitchburg Paper Co

She was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. She loved crocheting and knitting, and ceramics. Joan is survived by her niece Maria Haritos of Fitchburg.

Her brother William predeceased her in 2014. Her sisters Zmaritho “Mizy” Sharos in 2010 and Fotula Sharos Haritos in 1992, Her brothers Christos and Arthur Sharos also predeceased her. The family is grateful to the staff of Keystone Center for the excellent care given to Joan during her stay.

Funeral services and burial will be private.
