Mr. Joe B. Cooper, age 64, of West Point, GA passed away on Thursday, January 24th, 2019 at Diversicare of Lanett in Lanett, AL. Mr. Cooper is survived by his three children, Ben (Candice) Cooper, Andrea (Chris) Torres, and Jake Cooper; several grandchildren; his three brothers, Bob (Claire) Cooper, Jack (Nancy) Cooper, and David (Diane) Cooper. Mr. Cooper was born on November 28th, 1954 in Griffin, GA to the late Charles and Alice Cooper.

He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of West Point. He was a graduate of West Point High School and Auburn University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid Auburn fan.
