Joe Larry Biera, 53, of San Angelo, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018 in a local hospital. Joe was born in San Angelo to Raul and Carolina (Contreras) Biera on March 12, 1965. Joe worked in retail sales for numerous years before becoming disabled.

Joe is survived by his life partner, Walter Grant, father, Raul Biera, sister, Bertha Balcom all of San Angelo; sister, Adela Kin and husband, Gary of Garland, Texas; nieces; Jennifer, Nichol, Bianca, Jacqueline, Jessica, Rebecca and several great nieces and nephews. Rosary service will be held at 6:00pm on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 10:00am on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel.

Joe’s wishes were to be cremated following his funeral service. Arrangements are made by Robert Massie Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to the charity of your choice.
