Mr. Joe Ned Burnett, age 79 of Mayfield, Ky passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 1:27 AM at the Clinton Place Nursing Home in Clinton, Ky. He was a Mechanic at Fisher Price. Mr. Burnett is survived by his wife- Wilma Faye Grooms Burnett; three sons- Walter (Judy) Burnett of Mayfield, Ky, Michael Joe Burnett of Lone Oak, Ky, and Mark Burnett of Mayfield, Ky; two stepsons- David Story of Murray, Ky and Bobby Story of Hopkinsville, Ky; twelve grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by his sister- Patircia Patterson; two brothers- Kenneth Paul Burnett and Clint A. Burnett; one granddaughter- Emily Story; parents- Terrance & Flora Ushrey Burnett. Memorial Services will be held at a later date, there will be no visitation. The Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky is in charge of arrangements.
