Obituary Joel “Joe” V. Hooker, 71, husband of Marta Maynard Hooker, passed away Friday February 22, 2019 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am Wednesday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Greg Tomlinson. Burial will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens, Huntington.
