John C. Carter, 83, of Gilbertsville, died Saturday, September 29th, 2018 at his home. John was a retired self-employed commercial artist. John is survived by two brothers, Paul Carter of Stoughton, MASS.

, and Roy E. Carter of Saulsbury, TN. ; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Boyce L. Carter and Lucille Anderson Carter; his wife, Betsy Woods Carter; and three siblings, Boyce Carter Jr., Margaret Mason, and Walker Carter.
