Obituary for John Dewey O’Kelley O’KELLEY, John John Dewey O’Kelley, age 80 of Conyers, died Friday, July 6, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents Dewey and Elizabeth O’Kelley; grandson, Johnathan Reichert; brother, Horace O’Kelley; sisters, Clyde Ivey, Faye Wood. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Toni O’Kelley; daughters and sons-in-law, Grace and Anton Reichert, Alyson and Joe Matthews; grandchildren, David, Corey, Jenna; sisters, Sarah Wilson and Joyce Dyar.

Mr. O’Kelley was an active and life time member with the Disabled American Veterans. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. John was one of the 1st Volunteer Fireman in Rockdale.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Scot Ward’s Green Meadow Chapel with Tim Hunter officiating; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Monday, July 9, 2018 from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Condolences may be submitted on-line at www.
