John Edward Cissell Jr., 68, of Paducah died at 11:20 am on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah. Mr. Cissell was a Laborer for Home Depot; a Veteran of the Army during the Vietnam War and he was of the Catholic faith. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Gates of Mayfield; brother, Marty Cissell of Paducah and one niece.
