John F. Arch, 76, of Crystal Lake, was born July 22, 1941 in Oak Park to Elmer and Mary Hannah Arch. He passed away Friday, July 6, 2018 in McHenry. John was the owner of the Arnold Palmer Driving Range located on Rt.

14 in Crystal Lake from 1969-1991. He was a proud veteran of the US Army. John was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Carole Marie (nee Tracz) Arch, whom he married on January 2, 1971; his daughter, Allison Courtney Stagg/Arch; and his granddaughter, Savannah Kaylen Stagg. He is preceded in death by his sister, Mary Ann Bye; and his parents. Services will be held privately at Windridge Memorial Park in Cary.
