WOODBURN John Houston “Jack” Age 83, formerly of Avalon and Kilbuck, peacefully on Sunday, April 29, 2018. Beloved husband of Sarah (Stout) Woodburn. Loving father of Linda (Randy) Reynolds and Mary Ann (Darren) Macioce; grandfather of Michael Macioce, Nicholas Macioce, Lauren Reynolds, Christine Reynolds and Matthew Reynolds; brother of the late Houston “Bud” Woodburn and the late Marion Rohaus.

Jack will also be fondly remembered by his nephews Mark Woodburn, M.D., Michael Rohaus, Gregory Rohaus, Robert Rohaus and his many friends. Jack worked at U.S. Steel for more than 30 years and later the Pittsburgh Convention Bureau. He also proudly served in the U.S. Navy and survived the USS Bennington disaster in 1954.

Beside spending time with his family, Jack’s favorite hobbies were playing his harmonica, fishing, watching the Steelers, amusements parks, traveling and vacationing in Rehoboth Beach. He even learned to parachute at the age of 72. Funeral Services will be private.
