OBITUARY John Lefko August 1, 1925 – November 24, 2018 Peacefully, at home surrounded by his family on Saturday, November 24, 2018, age 93 of Pittsburgh. Loving father of Nancy (Stan) Cieslak and Audrey (Richard) Nash; grandfather of Kristina (Tom) Schnitzer, Natalie Nash and Thomas Nash; brother of Edward (Kathleen) Lefko. Additionally, survived by his loving fiancé, Grace Klocek, and his bonus family Linda (Ed) Yurkovich, Lois (Joseph) Perry, Chuck (Kim) Klocek, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

John spent his working years as a self-employed electrical contractor. He was a WWII Army Veteran, serving in the Philippines. Affectionately known as Gigi, John loved life and will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, optimism and making people laugh.

John’s happy smile and heart will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Family and friends will be received Monday, November 26, 2018, from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM at the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, Inc., 1032 Perry Highway, Ross Township, (412-364-4444). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at 10 AM in St. Teresa of Avila Church.

John will be laid to rest at Mount Royal Cemetery, Glenshaw. Family suggests memorial donations to the American Heart Association. Condolences may be shared at www.
