Funeral services for John Oxford, 57, Enid resident, will be held on Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. on July 12, 2018 in the Stittsworth Memory Chapel. Services are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service. John was born on January 22, 1961 in Anadarko, Oklahoma, the son of Lawrence and Nina Nalls Oxford, and passed away suddenly on July 6, 2018 in Enid.

He was raised at Gracemont, Oklahoma, graduating from Gracemont High School with the class of 1979. John moved to Enid where he worked in the oilfield, later working as a paint and body man. John was a talented studio musician, specializing in guitar.

Survivors include his sons, Jared of Enid, and John of Oklahoma City; grandson, Roxen Carter Oxford of Enid; sister, Sheryl Sage of Anadarko; brother, Larry Oxford of Chickasha; brother, Eric Stout of the home; his dog, Willis.
