Dear father of Daniel (Marianne) Gorbold. Grandfather of Dylan and Joel. John was a World War II Veteran of the United States Navy.

Visitation will be held Sunday, August 5th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, Michigan. Funeral will be officiated by Pastor Richard Yokel, Jr. on Monday, August 6th at the Hazel Park Tabernacle Baptist Church, 22323 South Chrysler Drive, Hazel Park, Michigan 48030. Instate at the Church at 10:00 am followed by the 11:00 am Funeral Service.
