John Quill Mervin, 86, of 2325 Rouse Road EXT, died Thursday, March 14,2019 at UNC Lenoir HealthCare. He was born on October 13, 1932 in Jones County to the late Henry C. Mervin Sr. and Mary E. King. Funeral services will be held 12noon Monday, March 18,2019 at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in the Holly Hill Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. The family will assemble at the residence in preparation for the funeral service.

Arrangements are by the Trinity Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. .
