Obituary for John Travis Harvey John Travis Harvey born on 4-23-54 to Travis and Wanda Harvey. He passed from this life Sunday July 1, 2018, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 64 years. John grew up in Claremore Oklahoma.

He served in the United States Marine Corps. John then married Rita Entwistle. He left behind his Wife of 42 years His children Lenny of Claremore, Laurie Aday and husband Ritchie of Iuka, MS, Lyle and his significant other Debbie of Claremore and Lowell of Nowata.

His Grandchildren Mason & Cassie, Johnny & Heather, Samantha and Robert, Riley, Tristan, Thomas, Christopher, Stephanie, Kimberly and Kippy. His Great Grand Children: Amelia and Willie, Damus and Maya. His Sister Kathy Terry, Brother Tommy and Larry and sister in law Connie As well as many many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Travis and Mother Wanda, his brother Clay and sister Sherry, great nephew Andrew. John spent most of his working life as a Propane delivery man, mechanic and all around handy man for Froman Propane. He loved to fish and hunt and spend time with his family.

At Johns request he is being cremated at MMS Payne in Claremore, Oklahoma. In celebration of John’s life there will be a get together and a family BBQ at his son Lenny’s house. Donations and or flowers may be made in care of MMS-Payne funeral home for the benefit of the family.
