Johnette “Jil” Farr Gordon, age 60, of Rome passed away Friday February22, 2019 at her residence. Jil was born January 21, 1959, in Floyd County a daughter of Shirley Lanham Farr and the late John William Farr, Jr. Jil was a Dental Assistant in Brunswick, St. Simon Island and Rome where she worked for her Step Father, Dr. Harold Prewett, she was of the Baptist Faith. Jil was preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Dean Farr.

Survivors include her husband, Chris Gordon, sons, Tory ( Calllie) Nix, Brunswick; mother, Shirley Lanham Farr. Graveside and interment services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Monday February 25, 2019, at East View Cemetery, Rev. Herman Stamey officiating.
