Obituary for Johnnie Beth Elliott Johnnie Beth Elliott, age 74 of Goldthwaite, Texas passed away Monday, June 11, 2018 at Brownwood Regional Medical Center. A private family services will be held at a later date. Johnnie Beth was born on April 11, 1944 in San Antonio, Texas to John and Inez (Culver) Elliott.

She received her BA degree in social work and had work with various nursing home in Texas. For many years she worked at the Rising Star nursing home before retiring back to the family home place in Goldthwaite. Survivors include her sons Joel Hoover and Sherry of Brownwood and Paul Vanpelt and Courtney of Coleman; two brothers Gene and Lynn Elliott; six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and by numerous nieces and nephews.
