He is survived by his Son; Jon Eric Peña and wife Mercedez Peña and Daughter Athena Rose Peña; Daughters, Lyndia Briones, Angelita Jasmine Peña, Jessica Peña, Augustina and Lupe Torres, Lorenza and Robert Serna, June and Guillermo Garcia; 12 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, Former Spouses Lorencia A. Briones (Lori) and Hilaria Aranza (Lala); Sisters, Aurelia Peña, Simona Peña and Husband Asencion Chapa; Brothers, Jacinto Peña, Julian Peña Sr., Rudy Peña Sr. and wife Anna Peña.
