Johnnie’s Obituary Mr. John David “Johnnie” Wall, 88, of Union City passed away 4:35 a.m. Thursday, January 31, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church in Union City. Father Joey Kaump will officiate.

Burial will follow in East View Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday. Pallbearers will be Aaron Mudd, David Wall, Tyler Mosley, Keith Davis, Jason Riley and Dan Shroads.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 1303 East Reelfoot Avenue, Union City, Tennessee or the charity of the donor’s choice. Johnnie was born June 23, 1930, in Detroit, Michigan, son of the late Thomas Killion and Gertrude (Wines) Wall. He married Margaret (Kaufman) Wall August 31, 1955.

She preceded him in death on September 27, 2009. Johnnie was a farmer and graduated from the former Dixie High School. He worked for Union City Coca Cola and Holloway Farms.

Johnnie was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by two daughters, Jane Wall of Union City and Anna Mosley (Mark) of Union City; two sons, Danny Wall (Amy) of Union City and Joe Wall (Gina) of South Fulton; six grandchildren, David Wall, Amanda Rinker, Tyler Mosley, Shelby Mosley, Aaron Mudd and Kelly Mudd; six great grandchildren, Mason St. Germain Wall, Killion Wall, Cain Rinker, Rex Rinker, Charlie Bryan and John Michael Bryan; and one sister, Connie Haley (Ed) of Millington. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Tommy Wall, and two sisters, Mary Dunavent and Beulah Jean Ridgeway.
