OBITUARY Jose Luis Perez Sr. February 1, 1942 – September 21, 2018 Jose Luis Perez Sr., age 76 of Dallas, Texas passed away on Friday afternoon, September 21, 2018 at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas. Jose was born on February 1, 1942 in Mexico City, Mexico, a son of Rafael Perez and Maria Elena Villagomez. He married Yolanda Maldonado on February 22, 1962 in Fort Worth, Texas.

She survives in Dallas. He is also survived by his son: Jaime Perez of Dallas, daughter: Yolanda Gaddy of Dallas. Grandchildren: Jose Luis Perez III, Luis Armando Perez, Rafael Gaddy, Jerri Perez, Randi Haydon, Kyra Perez, and Christa Perez.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son: Jose Luis Perez Jr. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Calvary Hill North Chapel, located at 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, TX 75220. A time of visitation will follow the mass for family and friends. Cremation Rites will be accorded.
