Obituary for Joseph A. Gianni Print Gianni, Joseph A. Gates: peacefully in his sleep on Friday, February 15, 2019, at age 67. Predeceased by his father and mother, Anthony and Mary (Amico) Gianni. He is survived by his brothers, Rocco (Kathy) Gianni of WA, Anthony (Lisa) Gianni; nieces and nephews, Alicia (Michele) Arra of TX, Joshua (Rachel) Gianni of VA, Danielle Gianni of WA, Mariesa (Justin) Simon of Cicero, NY, Anthony “A.J.” Gianni of UT; great nieces and great nephews, Anthony, Ella, Jaxson, Elena and Theo; aunt, Frances Messura; uncle, Joseph Amico; many cousins and friends.

Joe was retired from R.I.T. after 41 years of service. Friends may call THURSDAY from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Friday, February 22, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30 in St. Theodore’s Church.
