Joseph Alfano Beloved Husband, Father, Brother and Grandfather, 73 Mr. Joseph Alfano, 73, of Bloomfield, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, May 28 2019 at his home. There will be a funeral service held at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Friday, May 31 at 2:45 p.m. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The cremation will be held privately. Mr. Alfano was born in Newark, NJ and resided in Bloomfield for many years.

He was employed by Capalbo’s, Clifton for the past 26 years. Mr. Alfano served honorably in the U.S. Army National Guard. He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Diane (nee Dunaj) Alfano; his devoted children, Lisa Alfano and her husband Dan, Kimberly Alfano, and Joseph Alfano and his wife Jennifer; his loving brother Fred Alfano and his wife Geri; and his cherished grandchildren Daniel and Anthony.

He is also survived by his loving sister-in-law Joan and her husband Mario; his dear niece and Goddaughter Christine Alfano, and his dear niece and nephews Melissa Alfano, Joseph D’Elia and Michael D’Elia.
