Downey Joseph E. Age 73, of Mount Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018. Loving father of Beth Ann Downey and Joseph C. (Paula) Downey; proud grandfather of Emma Downey; son of the late Joseph E. and Ann Downey. He is also survived by his siblings, Mary Kraegel and Kathy Goss and his ex-wife, Elsie Downey.

Friends will be received on Monday from 10 am til 11 am at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, where a funeral service will take place at 11 am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), www2.
