Joseph E. Pavich Jr. , 61 years old. Passed away at 9:20 a.m on Friday, November 9, 2018 in his home in South Bend. Joseph was born on April 17, 1957 to Joseph “Joe”and Ruth (Jones) Pavich of Mishawaka.

Debbie J Mewszel of South Bend has been the love of Joseph’s life for the past 14 years. Joseph is survived by daughters, Tonya (Brad) Truman of Bremen; Katie (Tony) Martin of Osceola; step-daughters Megan (Cory) Smith of Niles, MI and Mandy Mewszel of South Bend. Joseph also had many grandchildren; Paige and Briley Truman; Piper and Beckett Martin, Brenden, Hailey and Serenity Smith; Tiara, Amelya Daniels and Amir, Zaid, Caden and Carter.

Brothers Paul (Tina) Pavich of Noblesville; Dan (Bonnie) Pavich of South Bend. Brother Michael D. Pavich precedes Joseph in death. Joseph worked construction and was a member of the International Laborer’s Union of North America, Local 645.

He attended Grace United Methodist Church. Joseph enjoyed coaching his children in soccer and bowling and being with his family. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Grace United Methodist Church, Pastor David Schrader will officiate.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday, November 12, from 6-8:00 p.m. at Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend, IN 46614 as well as at the church on Tuesday at the church from 11:00am -12:00.
