Obituary for Joseph Michael Zamaria WARREN – Joseph Michael Zamaria 70, passed away at 1:27 p.m. on Wednesday December 19, 2018 at the St. Joseph Health Center following an extended illness. He was born in Sharon, Pennsylvania on July 15, 1948 a son of Thomas and Elizabeth (Szungyi) Zamaria. He was a 1966 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and honorably served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

He retired in 2005 as a truck driver for Dart Trucking. He enjoyed spending time in Florida, fishing, camping, canoeing. He especially cherished the time spent during family activities with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Stanley) Zamaria whom he married on July 3, 1967; two daughters, Sandra Zamaria-Hearn and her husband Edward Hearn of Spring, Texas, Jennifer Jones and her husband Christopher of Warren; nine grandchildren, Shayne Zamaria, Austin Schetrompf, Elizabeth Jones, Abigail Jones, Jacob Jones, Abby Dean, Sierra Hearn, Phoebe Hearn, Don Vitko; four great-grandchildren, Isabella Zamaria, Zarah Schetrompf, Samantha Vitko, Terry Phillips Jr., two brothers, Thomas (Ellen) Zamaria of Virginia, Vince (Sandra) Zamaria of Maryland; three brothers-in-law, John Stanley of Warren, David Stanley of McDonald, Leonard Stanley of Missouri; sister-in-law, Pam Stanley of Niles. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Ronald J. Sifro and John S. Sifro. At his request there are no calling hours and funeral services.
