Obituary Mr. Joseph N. Spencer, age 85, passed away Thursday afternoon, February 14, 2019 at Bay Shores Nursing Center. The son of the late Lawrence and Anna (Zadonia) Spencer, he was born on October 21, 1933 in Saginaw. Joe served his country in the U.S. Army and then went on to work for over 38 years at Saginaw Steering Gear.
