Joseph’s Obituary Joseph P. Allard A celebration of life for Joseph P. Allard, 84 of Ormond Beach FL will be held on Wednesday January 30, 2019 at 11:00am at Lohman Funeral Home, 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach FL 32174. Visitation will be held just prior to the service from 10:00am until 11:00am.

A burial with Military Honors will be held at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US 1, Mims FL 32754. Surviving Joseph are his wife, Betty Allard, step son Jason Luering, step daughter, Vanessa Phillips and several step grandchildren. He was born May 22, 1934 in Detroit Michigan the son of Joseph and Mimi Allard.

He served his country in the United Sates Air Force. He came to Ormond Beach in 1999 and was under employ with Southern Bell as a Lineman. Online condolences can be shared with the family at www.
