Joseph “Steve” Buchanan, born April 24, 1954, went to heaven on March 20, 2019. Steve was a bass player for the band Nuklhead. He has always had a strong passion for music.

He also loved NASCAR and talking politics. Preceded in death by father, Steve Buchanan, son, Steven Joseph Buchanan, brother, Randy Buchanan, nephew, David Moore. Survived by wife, Sherrie (Desenberg), mother, Kitty Riblett, step-father, Jack Riblett, sisters, Linda Kopy and Margie (Kevin) Moore, daughter, Stacie Mullins, son, Derek Wise, grandchildren, Nathan Buchanan, Natalie Buchanan, Makenzie Mullins, Maverick Hall and Nova Wise.

Numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Friends may call at North Columbus Baptist Church, 3728 Snouffer Rd. , Saturday, 11-1 PM where service will follow at 1:00 PM Saturday.
