Joseph’s Obituary Joseph Presgraves, age 69, left this world for Heaven on Monday January 21, 2019 at the Washington, DC, VA Medical Center after a yearlong battle with cancer. Mr. Presgraves is survived by his wife, Peggy, two children: Amy Presgraves and Joseph Presgraves both of Dunkirk Maryland, and five grandchildren. Joseph joined the Marine Corp in 1967 and served in Vietnam from 1967 through 1969.

As a veteran of the Vietnam War he earned several commendations for his efforts. After his service in the Marines he started in the security business in 1970 that is still flourishing today. A Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 Crain Hwy (Rt.

3 South), Bowie, Maryland. The family will receive guests beginning at 1:00 pm and the Celebration service will begin at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl Memphis TN 38105-3678 as this was one of the charities Joe actively supported.
