Josephine Kotula (nee: Olkowska), 91, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in the Bronx, NY, she resided most of her life in Bayonne. She was a devoted homemaker who took great pride in caring for her family.

She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church and a member of the Mt. Carmel Seniors.

She was an avid bowler and belonged to several leagues over the years. Josephine leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 69 years, Frank Kotula; her children, Stephen Kotula and wife Wendy, Susan Segovia and husband Luis, Karen Kotula, and Brian Kotula; 5 grandchildren, Matthew Kotula, Lindsay Reilly; and Vincent, Nicholas, and Luis Jr. Segovia; 3 great-grandchildren, Lucas and McKenzie Reilly and Jack Kotula. A visitation will be held at the Dworzanski & Son Funeral Home on Thursday, February 28, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. A funeral mass in Josephine’s honor will be offered on Friday, March 1, at 10:00 a.m. from St. John Paul II Parish of Our Lady of Mt.

Carmel Church.
